We always recommend a hiking tour to the Spiegelsee. The ascent to the starting point of the hike is ideally done with the Preunegg Jet cable car, free of charge for you with the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard. You will receive this free of charge during your stay with us. On the circular route you also reach the Gasselhöhe and with a short detour also the Rippetegg - phenomenal summit view included. This view of the Dachstein massif opposite is simply fantastic. It is also "partly responsible" for the Spiegelsee bearing its name and becoming a "top model". When there is no wind, the opposite mountain massif is reflected in the water. On the Reiteralm, one impression follows the next and the Untersee with its benches and water playgrounds also has a lot to offer ... .

Biking is pure variety: whether it's a leisurely ride along the Ennsradweg R7, up the Reiteralm with tight calves, down the trail again full of adrenaline or rather "cruising" up the Ramsau with electric support and a grin - you have the choice with the Hotel Brunner as your starting point. But let's take it easy: The Ennsradweg R7 runs almost directly along our hotel and also offers great cycling for the whole family in the partial stage to Radstadt or Schladming. Our hotel is also the ideal starting point for longer and more mountainous tours - by mountain bike, road bike or e-bike, for example to the Reiteralm, via Forstau to Radstadt or to Ramsau and back via Schladming. There are no limits to your motivation. You want to take on a special challenge? All right, then you're ready for your downhill experience. Choose your trail on the Reiteralm, on the Vorberg and on the Planai.

Climbing paths offer you a high-alpine sports experience in a class of its own. The Schladming-Dachstein Region offers you a comprehensive range with a total of 30 climbing paths at all levels of difficulty. 22 climbing paths are located in Ramsau am Dachstein - there is definitely the right one for you on your way up. We ask you to pay attention to your safety and point out that this is a very demanding sport in high alpine terrain. Training with a climbing licence is also offered.

In Ramsau am Dachstein, kids and teenagers already have the opportunity to try out this sport with children's climbing paths or youth climbing paths. 

The "Franzi" climbing path on the Reiteralm is another attractive example and, incidentally, the first climbing path in the Schladminger Tauern. It leads through the Gasslwand and meets the Reiteralm circular route at the top.

Water is your element - then you should visit the Pichl bathing pond and get to know the Enns better. The best way to do this is on a rafting tour. You start in Mandling, our neighbouring village, with professional guides. Here it's quite fast and in Schladming there's even a "water roller" waiting for you. From Schladming, the Enns - the longest inland river in Austria, by the way - becomes a little calmer, but a real paradise opens up to you. Nature, sights and original chill-out and barbecue spots all come together. With the professionals, your return transport is also organised.
A wonderful water experience on the Enns is kayaking. You have the opportunity to try out this sport at the Aicher Badesee lake and with the professional guides you will soon be ready to paddle down the Enns.

A perfect holiday should be fun for the whole family - a claim that you can easily realise in the Schladming-Dachstein Region, no matter how different your loved ones' ideas may be. When it comes to the wishes of the kids, the Reiteralm is a real paradise. Here, every wish for activity is read from the children's eyes. From the playground, which leaves nothing to be desired, to the summer slope equipment, XL Jump and the Junior Trails. Wow, cool. This is where the "junior bikers" can show what they can do - there are different levels tailored to the little ones' abilities. And the best part - the mini downhillers are transported back to the top on the conveyor belt. Equipment can be hired on site. 

The adventure mountain Rittisberg in Ramsau is also a great attraction for older kids. The summer toboggan run Rittiscoaster, Flyline, archery are "really nice" and the little ones are accompanied by Snow White and Co on the fairytale path. The playground at the summit also rewards mum and dad with a wow panorama.
